Refund policy

How cancellations, withdrawals, refunds and payment disputes for RiseForMore subscriptions are handled.

Updated: 21 July 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid RiseForMore subscriptions. Because purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the process depends on the store used, the user's country and applicable law.

2. Cancellation is not a refund

Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund the current billing period automatically. Pro access generally continues until the paid period ends. Different store rules and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

3. Apple App Store

Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases. Requests can be submitted through Apple's Report a Problem page. When asked, we may provide Apple with factual delivery and usage information only to the extent lawful and, where required, after obtaining separate user consent.

  • Request an Apple refund

4. Google Play

Google Play users may request a refund through Google Play or our support team. Depending on the case, Google or we decide the request using Google's available procedures. The Google Play order number and RiseForMore account email may be required.

  • Google Play refunds

5. Consumer rights

Statutory withdrawal, cancellation and warranty rights apply independently of this policy. A right of withdrawal may apply to a personalised digital service. If performance starts at the user's request during the withdrawal period, proportionate payment for service already supplied may be due.

6. Review of requests

We consider the purchase date and store, subscription type, trial and price disclosures, delivery, use, reported faults, prior refunds and mandatory rights. Duplicate charges or demonstrably undelivered service are reviewed promptly. A store's decision may differ from our assessment.

7. Effect of a refund

A full refund may remove Pro access immediately or at the time selected by the store. If a refund is reversed, access may be restored after store confirmation. Store notifications can occasionally be delayed.

8. Unauthorised purchases and chargebacks

For an unknown or unauthorised purchase, contact the store or our support team first. A bank chargeback can create extra fees and delay investigation, but does not limit statutory rights. Fraud, abusive repeat refunds or manipulated evidence may result in account suspension and other lawful action.

9. Support request

Requests may be sent to support@riseformore.com. Include the store, order or transaction number, purchase date, RiseForMore account and reason. Never send full card details or passwords.
