RiseForMore

Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the RiseForMore app and related services.

Updated: 6 August 2026

1. Provider and scope

RiseForMore is provided by Gernot Zuegg, trading as Blueflare, 39010 Tscherms, Gampenstraße 71, Italy. Contact: info@blueflare.it. These terms apply to the app, user account and related online services. Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the relevant store terms.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. Registration information must be accurate and current, and credentials must not be shared. Users are responsible for account activity to the extent it is attributable to them.

The service is intended for adults. Minors may use it only where permitted by applicable law and with any required consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Service

RiseForMore supports workout planning and tracking, recovery, nutrition and progress insights. Content and recommendations may adapt to submitted data and prior use. Available features depend on the plan, platform and app version.

RiseForMore is not a medical application and does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or other qualified professional. Exercise must be adapted to the user's health and stopped if pain or health concerns arise.

4. Subscriptions, prices and trials

Paid Pro subscriptions are offered as monthly or annual plans. The price, billing frequency, any free trial and renewal date displayed by the store before purchase are controlling.

Unless the purchase flow states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed period until cancelled in the relevant store settings. Billing starts automatically after a free trial unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Cancellation and account deletion

Subscriptions can be cancelled through Apple or Google subscription management. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the paid period unless the store or mandatory law provides otherwise.

Deleting a RiseForMore account does not automatically cancel a store subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete the RiseForMore account. The actions must be completed separately when both are desired.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may have withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights under applicable law. Where a user asks for the digital service to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, proportionate payment for service already supplied may be due following withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Refunds for store purchases are handled under Apple or Google procedures and our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

The app must not be used unlawfully, abusively or in a way that compromises security. Unauthorized automation, bypassing access controls, purchase manipulation and use of another person's account without permission are prohibited.

8. Content and rights

The software, design, text, training logic and supplied content are protected. Users receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app as intended for the duration of the agreement. Users retain rights in their own submissions; processing required to deliver selected features remains permitted.

9. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work, technical failures or third-party changes may temporarily affect features.

Material changes to the service, prices or these terms will be communicated as required by law and store rules. Accrued and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Liability and governing law

Statutory liability rules apply. No limitation applies to intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory product liability, or where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Questions or complaints may be sent to info@blueflare.it.

11. Automated and AI-generated content

Some guidance, analyses and estimates are generated automatically or with AI systems. These outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for an individual's circumstances and must be reviewed before use. Users can correct proposed information or choose not to use optional AI features.

AI outputs are not medical diagnoses and do not guarantee that a workout or nutrition plan is safe or suitable. More information is available on our AI transparency page.
