RiseForMore
AI transparency
How RiseForMore uses artificial intelligence and automated systems.
Updated: 11 August 2026
1. AI features
RiseForMore uses AI systems for optional coach guidance, recognising training equipment in photos, meal estimates and optional analysis of front and back photos. Workout planning also uses fixed rules, quality checks and safety limits.
2. Recognising AI
AI features and AI-generated guidance are identified as such in the app. Users are informed no later than when using the relevant feature that the output is generated automatically by an AI system. Photorealistic artificial depictions are labelled directly on the image where legally required or voluntarily for additional clarity.
3. Provider and processing
RiseForMore uses OpenAI services for generative text and image analysis. Depending on the selected feature, required text, profile or workout information, or photos may be processed. The privacy policy provides further information about legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention and data-subject rights.
4. Limitations and human control
AI outputs can be incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable. Users must review workout, nutrition and analysis results before relying on them and can correct proposed information or choose not to use a feature. Automated safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee error-free results.
5. Not a medical service
RiseForMore is not a medical application. AI outputs are not diagnoses or treatment recommendations and do not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or another qualified professional. Seek professional advice for pain, injury or health concerns.
